Visit to the community of Xixitla, Cholula. To get into the heart of a local family and learn about their cuisine and other customs, while enjoying the view of the volcanoes.

A representative of our host family will be waiting at the station to guide the group to their home where we will taste mole. The table is shared with the family, and the must-have ingredients for the meal are gathered: tortillas and salsa. Once everything is ready to eat, we start to talk about the family and their way of life in a small community. After lunch we have coffee and sweet bread before we say goodbye and take the bus back to the city of Puebla.
