An omakase that focuses on discovering the feeling of a land through food, atmosphere and living with strangers. You will begin to create the journey with the incredible dishes created by the renowned chef Edgar Delgado, while he tells you how he was inspired for each dish and what is behind the selection of ingredients that he uses to create a memorable experience. During the night, our staff will suggest the pairing of drinks that accompany each dish so that you can enjoy every second to the fullest.
It all culminates with the sweets of the night! Sweet yet well rounded desserts are served to conclude a great experience.
Since we are offering an Omakase-style dinner, no changes or substitutions can be made to the dishes. The only exception to this are medical allergies notified in advance.
